From time to time, thanks to funding from various organisations, the Rural Health Education Foundation is able to supply copies of some of its programs free-of-charge to health professionals in Australia.  Please note that copies are limited. Multiple copies may be requested by contacting the Foundation.

A comprehensive educational resource aimed at GPs and other health professionals to assist them manage difficult consultations arising from situations such as drug-seeking, somatisation, poor communications and anger. Distribution free only to NSW/ACT residents. The program and distribution has been funded by the NSW Ministry of Health.
