Discussion of common goals

Foundation Chair Dr Brian Bowring welcomed the Minister’s attendance at the lunchtime function and marked it as a success.

“It was an honour to have the Minister involved in our annual gathering of Foundation directors, staff and Canberra colleagues,” said Dr Bowring.  “We certainly took the opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas, and to forge an even stronger relationship with the Minister and his department.”

Recognition for Michelle Lindsay

The function involving the Minister also featured the presentation of a 10-year rural health service award to Michelle Lindsay, the Foundation’s Operations Coordinator.  Michelle started with the Foundation in 1999 and has worked in various roles including office administration, reception and accounts.
