Rural Health Education Foundation Seeks Two New Staff

June 5, 2009

The Rural Health Education Foundation has advertised for two new staff positions in its Canberra (Deakin) office.

“Due to increasing demand for our services and a number of new projects, the Foundation has just advertised for two new positions:  a full-time Health and Medical Project Officer and a part-time Distribution Assistant”, said Don Perlgut, CEO of the Foundation.

“The Health and Medical Project Officer is a six month contract position in the first instance, and will be working on a number of our new projects that are just commencing.  The Distribution Assistant will manage the Foundation’s day to day fulfilment of our DVD program orders, which include a number of free DVDs,” Mr. Perlgut said.

Interested applicants should check the short position descriptions on the Foundation’s employment opportunities page, and contact the relevant staff member for more details.

The application deadline for the Health and Medical Officer position is Thursday June 18th, and the deadline for the Distribution Assistant is Wednesday June 17th.
