Foundation releases January-June 2007 broadcast timetable

December 11, 2006

The Rural Health Education Foundation has released its preliminary schedule of accredited satellite television broadcasts for the period January to June 2007.

Over this period there are at least 11 programs that can be viewed on release usually on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, with repeats during Friday daytime (now at 12.30pm eastern time, rather than 1.30pm, due to daylight savings in Western Australia).

After the initial broadcast, each program will also be available for viewing via webstreaming or listening via podcasting.

“We’re excited about the new 2007 program schedule, which includes the three remaining programs in our popular dementia initiative series, along with high quality programs on chlamydia, colorectal cancer, wound management, and other topics vitally important to rural and regional health professionals,” said Mr Don Perlgut, CEO of the Foundation.
