July 11, 2005

The Rural Health Education Foundation will be visiting Darwin and the Top End from 28 September to 7 October 2005. This will include an exhibition at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) 48th Annual Scientific Convention at the Holiday Inn Esplanade in Darwin, from 29 September to 2 October.

Free sample programs

The Foundation will have an exhibition stand and will be giving away a number of DVD, VHS video and CD-Rom samples of its programs.

Senior staff on hand for discussions

The Foundation will be represented by Don Perlgut (Chief Executive Officer), Amanda Little (Program Manager) and Clair North (Promotions Manager).

Rural and remote health General Practitioners and organisations that will be in Darwin at the time are encouraged to come to the Foundation’s exhibit booth to discuss how the Foundation can assist with your professional development needs, as the Foundation is currently expanding its satellite television network.

News update: The conference has now accepted a poster presentation from Amanda Little regarding the Rural Health Education Foundation’s program developments on Aboriginal health.
