The Rural Health Education Foundation has released its Women and Coronary Heart Disease program for purchase on video and viewing via online webstreaming.

About the program

First broadcast on the Rural Health Education Foundation satellite network on Tuesday 7 December 2004, the program focuses on issues surrounding the leading single cause of death of Australian women in 2001.

The program aims to increase participants’ awareness of coronary heart disease and its impact on women and identify successful strategies that have worked when health professionals collaborate with their female patients to prevent and reduce the impact of coronary heart disease on women.
